After studying leadership and human nature eight years, we fly fair play in the focus (Research Information). In the future we look for our customers such companies that are run fairly. On the other hand, at the level of board of directors we aspire at discussions on having search for CEO who conducts fairly as a leader.

Thereafter, it is easier to find skilful human beings to experts and positions of middle management. Then among them there can be individuals who are newcomers in learning fair play. As an interviewee said: “If a swindler enters he either learns and changes, or otherwise s/he will be defecated quickly.”
